Developed by Anton Markov — this method combines neuroscience, psychology, and bodywork to access the subconscious through the body.
Alexandra is a certified practitioner of the PFR method (Psycho-Functional Rebuilding), which helps the body naturally release deep emotional blocks and restore its natural state of balance.
This isn’t talk therapy. It’s deep body–mind work that reaches the root. One session can bring more progress than months of traditional therapy — because the body speaks a language that words cannot.
During the session, you lie down comfortably and are guided through gentle breathing and awareness.

This active, powerful meditation combines rhythmic breathing, movement, and sound to awaken life force and dissolve inner stagnation.
It’s designed for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their vitality.

Dance & Movement Therapy
Through music and intuitive motion, you’ll explore how the body can express emotions, connect with joy, and let go of tension without words.
There’s no choreography — only presence, emotion, and rhythm.
This is a space to move the way your body wants, to rediscover playfulness and freedom.
Guided by Alexandra, a professional dancer who has spent years exploring the intersection of dance and therapy, this practice is about reconnecting with joy, emotion, and self-expression.
It’s also an opportunity to connect with others through movement and shared energy.
You’ll feel:

Participation: optional — join if you feel inspired to move and express.

Coaching & Reflection Sessions
Before and after deeper work, we take moments of reflection.
Through simple yet powerful coaching questions and journaling, you’ll identify what truly matters — what you’re ready to let go of, and what you want to invite into your life.
You’ll work individually and in pairs, guided gently toward insight and direction.
This session grounds emotional experience into practical clarity — turning inner transformation into real-life change.
You’ll gain:

Performed with warm herbal oils and traditional techniques, the massages promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and complement the emotional release of other retreat practices.
